Cosmic looks a little different but that's always how my stuff turns out when I try to do an angle like this..

I know the title doesn't make sense since it's not 'rings', But 'tears burn streaks' sounded weird ._.

*I did this cuz I was inspired from the scene in Oz the Great and Powerful how when dat person cried the tears burnt into her cheeks & scarred them.. I actually h8 dat movie but I thought the tear thing was pretty cool O_o
