I understand that this is frustrating everyone ...... but if we focus too much on being popular we may start becoming obsessed about it.

I'm trying to focus on improving my ability instead because I have plans to use it for Flipnote 3D.

If it helps you, maybe you can focus on your art for a career, or to sell your art part-time as a freelancer someday. (sorry for sounding like such an adult -_-;)
Of course this is just my opinion. Please don't think I'm ordering you or anything. -_-;

That said, I really like your art, and if you have less people liking your art than other artists then that's fine. You still have your friends (hopefully we're included in that group maybe? #^_^#) so please don't get too stressed out about this. ^_^;

NobodyArtistic: I understand what you're saying, and I do appreciate all of the support I have already, I guess I'm kind of frustrated that I work so hard and get the same twenty-fourty likes ln every painting... It sounds kind of stuck up, I know, that I just am not satisfied with that..but I just think that I could do better. It's kinda a push for me, it feels if I get more likes then I'm going the right way. I truely enjoy drawing, an extra like or a few less won't change my perspective on art. But if I were to get.. fifty-seventy five likes per painting, it'd really make me feel great and more confident in my art, to the point where I might be able to make a few bucks here and there, as you stated, getting a bit more on the professional side of art. Nonetheless, even if I don't get a few extra little stars now and again, I'll still be happy with just being with you, and my other friends I've met here, and enjoying my time on Colors :]
