Very nice! I love the snow effects, how it actually feels like the wind is gently blowing it off of the building and through the air. And the Three D, the depth and perspective really compliment each other!
And I wanted to say thank you for your comment on my Fifties Mobile! I've been practicing my Three D quite a lot lately! :D

Like with your landscapes, teach us how to handle the layers and make it so they look like they bleed into eachother creating a smooth plain that makes you think you can poke your stylus right into the screen
