Even though Gyrados is a water type and weak against electricity,he's still powerful and more likely just say ow.XD
I believe Hyperbeam is his favorite move.Watch out Jolteon!

Fiora is a fire and fighter type class.She would more likely go all Shadow of the Colosas on Gyrados,climb up and aim at the head.But that Glidar in the background also looks like trouble.
