This is #Leopold #Butters #Stotch and he's from #ComedyCentral's #SouthPark. He has to be the most #cutest and the most #guliable character in that #series (like a #shota #boy). I pair him off with #Stan #Marsh and #Kenny #McCormick, but mostly with #Kenny.
