This is a big one: Don't be dependent on the soft edge brushes. Use the sharp edge and use partial saturation if you have to. Your work will look more realistic once you get used to it!
Also dont be afraid to use darker colors. the variation from light to dark will look absolutely stunning.
For a first landscape this is absolutely beautiful, keep practicing!
