Missingno. or as it's more often called M' was a glitch pokemon in Pokemon Red version. It looked like a bunch of random pixels (like Smeargle in the last frame) If you got it, it would glitch out your game.

It's a bird/normal glitch pokemon from Red, Blue, and Green, and was never ment to exist. It's rumored to be a scrapped preevolution of Kangaskan and is just empty a emty pokedex entry. Get on the Pokemon Wiki and look it up if you don't understand. (also there are a few pics of it on colors.)

i dont think its a pre evelution of kangiskahn its probably just a mistakeyou know i bet the programers are realy embarised by glitches but i think thare neat too bad the best we have now is a surfable tree in pokestar studios
