I don't know this character, but I've seen a few episodes of Gravity Falls. I like the show's drawing style/animation, plus it's the only thing on Disney channel that doesn't make me want to TEAR MY EARS AND EYES FROM MY BODY.

I knew that Bill would conjure up some contraversy due to the whole "Illuminati" thing, and so I drew this to bring it to attention and see what others think. The only thing I want to say is that the whispering at the end of Gravity Falls' intro is actually a backwards message as to how you decode the riddle at the end. It has changed numerous times.

I may be gone for a while.
I had like no room left on my SD card, but I didn't want to delete my precious paintings, so I tried to extract them onto my laptop by putting the SD card in it and figuring out where my paintings were by trial and error. But when I removed the main 3ds folder and put it on my desktop, it wouldn't let me put anything back in the SD card, saying that it didn't have enough memory for it. :oI
So then I tried putting in chunk after chunk back into the SD card until I couldn't fit any more, and got quite a lot of data. But when I look, all of my downloaded apps are still gone. Not even one was there.
I went to the E Shop to see if I could just re-download Colors and stuff, but it said I had already downloaded it and wouldn't let me. The same thing happened with Swapnote, so here I am notifying you guys through an internet comment. :o/

So I guess I'm on exile from Colors. I may even have to get a new SD card or worse, a new 3ds, which could take months. To the few people who see this: TELL MY STORY. LET THEM KNOW. I'll miss you all :oC
