the eye's pupil location are such a problem for me. oh and lips are too. this is just a quick practice from imagination. eventually i looked at my eye in a mirror to understand what the heck i was drawing

i have a really hard time with eyes and lips too.

Really good! Something that might help is if you draw the entire eyeball first, then draw the eyelids and skin over it. It will help you with placing the pupil in the direct center of the iris, as well as knowing where to put the folds in the eyelids.
