In Second is Soapie White Mew. Her more intense, machine-like design really shows off his desire for power.

Some bio on Physik: His fur is literally made of silver (fluffy, furry silver), making him a sort of organic super-computer. His Ether (magic) is Quantum Physics, so with enough calculations (which he can do easily), he can manipulate the very fabric of our existence.
He spends almost all his "free" time working and training to get smarter and stronger. As a result, he's over-powered. On a whim, he could cause a nuclear explosion, erase something (or someone) from existence, or create anything. But he decided that's not fair, so he handicaps himself to limit this power and also works to grant the wishes of others. All he wants is power. Not luxury or world domination, but personal strength. You should feel very lucky.
