He did cheated on her but what if he wouldn't have? Susan could have destroy the Hard drive disk. If she forgives him, it would only prove that she is programed to love Scott. But if she doesn't, Scott he could decide to go back to Susan. So my answer is No in order to make Emma more human because, even with a good reason, cheating is cheating. If Scott really loves her, he will understand that she cannot forgive that easilly.
