For the animating I draw all of the frames on paper, scan them, then fix them up in gimp. After that I mash them together and such, then eventually colour and shade them.
I've got a friend who said she'd put the music in and finish it up.
I also get other folks to draw scenes for it as well ^^

It does take quite a while.
Especially if you try lip syncing.
I'm trying to get a light table to make animating easier, but they're expensive ;n;
But once you finish an animation you feel so accomplished ^^
