Creature WIP by Rynn Wolfe.

No, you may not steal it, or create your own without permission. This is my species, #Chisei I created out of boredom and a strange line I drew. :3 Anyway, this small creature has the diversity of a zebra-no two are the same. Each has a different main color-scheme, and the rainbow markings are in different places. The center two toes are melded together, and the center pad is tiny b/c the foot is raised mostly by the toes. Feel free to ask questions to develop them more! #Chiseiinfo

Awesome! Those wings look to small to fly... do they use magic? What do the melded pads serve as? Extra balance? :)

Dream: Thanks! The wings are more for show, or at least for now. I think this one is young, so....and the melded pads are for balance, and because there is always so much weight on them from such a small surface area of the paw holding the entire body up, they have naturally melded over time. (Hope that made some sense!) :3

Van: It is really fun to draw when you're bored, isn't it? And thank you, the side view was the original idea. :)
Dragon: *jaw drop* Okay, well: I was trying to decide whether or not females and males are different. I think they will be, maybe the females will have the horns lower, or the horns will be more deer-like, and /possibly/, the females would have bird wings. The white things are horns, and their purpose is STYLE. :) When the are young, such as this one, they can be three-four feet long from shoulder to tail and two-three feet tall from paws to wingtip. When they are grown, seven-nine feet long (or more) and up to six feet tall, depending on the individual. As they grow, they become longer, leaner and more graceful. Females are usually slightly smaller. I believe they don't have different element types, per-say. They all have the markings, but sometimes they will be only one/a few colors. However, I'm sure there are variations of the species that have different markings all together. The eyes: I honestly have no idea, I tried many different pupil shapes and they did not turn out well. Any suggestions, or should they remain white?

Thanks! All your questions were amazing, and really made me think hard about the species. And those are awesome ideas for the eyes, yay! *hugs*

Its so cute! The paw idea is very origional! I kind'ave like the eyes as a pure white color. Peehaps the eyes could change color depending on the creature's emotions or the enviorment and such? Here are afew questions for you: are they herbivors, carnivores, or omnivors? Also, can they breath fire or water or something like that? What kind of enviorment and/or enviorments do they typicaly live in and do they effect their coat colors? What kind of markings do they usualy have? Are they sentient or simple animals? Do they have any kind of culture or a government? Do they have a religion? Do they tend to be social crestures or loners? Can their claws be a different color other then white? Thats it for now.

Magic: Thank you so much!
Sundra: Thanks! I know, that was anothee of my ideas for the eyes...I've tried a bunch of color combinations for them, but white looks the best...a FEW questions?! Okay *deep breath*: They are, as a species, carnivores (they have very sharp teeth for that reason), but many eat other things, or even just plants. They can breath /small/ bouts of fire, and tgank you for reminding me about that, I was going to draw a picture, but I had forgotten! Some can have different abilities, depending on their diet and enviornment (ie, living in toxic waste dump may result in the ability to breath toxic vapors). These little creatures can live basically everywhere, and because of that they are widely diverse in their colors, even having the coat in patterns. However, they all mainly have the same body structures, the only large difference (besides between genders) being some slightly more armored (sp.ikes, larger horns). Their markings are largely similar to this guy's, but they can be any size and pattern, anywhere on the body (ie, under the eyes, feet, etc.). They are sentient beings, with complex thought patterns, emotions, and social structures. They live in extended family groups, called Taraes (Terras), a majority of the time, though some choose to live alone, similar to wolves. The difference is that they hold councils of every creature of age to make major desisions in the Taraes. They do not have a set religion, though they believe the earth itself is a living, breathing organism. There claws can be any color, and longer/sharper. (For now?! *dies*)

This is yet a very interesting creature.
i have TWO question's.

1. what is their prey?
2. what color are the rare ones?

Rynn Wolfe.

10 Jul, 2013, 11:42 pm

Fang: Ooo, good questions! Everyone has great questions! Their prey is mainly anything smaller than them, usually rabbits, mice, flowers, and sometimes even grass. (LOL, totally just got a mental picture of this guy hunting flowers! <3 ) However, they can also hunt larger creatures like cows and trees. They care deeply about all of earth's creatures, though, so they make the death as quick and painless as possible. They are ALL rare, and most are completely different colors from eachother, but I suppose completely white and black are pretty unusual....

The Fanged Warrior

0ooo!

i have mo' questions!

1.how dangerous are they?
2. how often do they attack ppl?
3. do they always have leg warmers?
4. what attack's do they use in their defense when provoked?

Rynn Wolfe.

11 Jul, 2013, 7:25 pm

Fang: Oh, good questions again! These creatures are peace-loving, but if you threaten them, they will attack to protect the members of their Tarae. They do not attack humans if at all possible, except possibly a few twis.ted/evil ones....there are evil specimens of any species, of course, and it is very rare for a Chisei to be purely evil. They do not all have leg warmers, but will often wear accessories to express their individual tastes and personalities. When provoked, they will attempt to use non-lethal force, including using their tail as a whip and using their enviornment to lose/hide from their oppenents. If 100 percent nessissary, they may use their teeth, but they are largely against it.

very cool. gr8 answers!

two more:

1. do their fills/mane always look wavy?
2. are the females more friendly than the males? or is it vice versa?

Rynn Wolfe.

12 Jul, 2013, 5:19 am

Yayz, more questions! ^^ Okay, so their manes can be in any style, color or length, and usually both are equally friendly and kind!
