This is Kimya's brother, Dhahabu.
Dhahabu has a rare mutation that caused his stripes to be white rather than black. The green stripe on his head and neck is caused by him dying his hair in his human form.
Dhahabu is the more outgoing of the two, and cannot keep a secret. He also teases others often, but they still love him. He was also his parent's favorite child, which is what caused Kimya to become so... troubled.
