This is Surge. When he was an Eevee he was taken from modern times to be Miranda's trusty partner in the future. But after a few months he mysteriously disappered. Years later, during modern times Miranda and Striker were on an important mission whenthey ran into Surge, who now evolved. He told her he went through a time portal on accident & couldn't get back to the future. Now he is back with Miranda fighting by her side. Btw, Miranda is from the future.
