Here's some advice: The only reason I ever got better at drawing and animating WAS Flipnote Hatena. You don't realize how much that app and website helped improve my art skills. You, also, will improve if you begin Flipnote Studio 3d... -Az

You should use it. :D You don't have to only make animations, you can also make rps, drawings, memes(the questionaire ones you fill out), etc.
