Yeah they should! Ive heard Funimation was bringing out some of their older anime back on DVD, but cant remember...

;n; I knew I failed Kozue.

One that should be known, is that the Manga and Anime start the same, then stray into completely different directions, Characters and all (minus Utena, who's the same in both pretty much.). But, not because the normal differences in adaptions, but because of the RGU creators. You see, RGU was made by Be Pa Pas, which is a team. They split into two groups, one for manga, other for Anime. So, both RGUs was created at the same time.
Now, the Manga only has 5 volumes of manga, that are standard size while the Anime has 35 episodes that include three arcs. The first arc, 'The Student Council Saga' is pretty much the same as the manga's first-ish book; Alot of people call it the 'boring' arc, but it's very important for character development, and a look into all the characters. Then it, goes into the 'Black Rose Saga' which is rather interesting as it gets pretty darl. Then, the last arc, 'End of The World Saga' Where everything goes even darker and sadder.
When watching/reading, you really must pay attention to it. It's like an iceberg, really. As it [somehow] holds a 'magical girl' front, it's much, much deeper. There's so much symbolism, hidden meanings, ect. that it needs to be anylized.

One of my biggest peeves in RGU, is Miki crushing on Anthy (Utena's 'bride') in the anime, but in the Manga, He's got it for Utena. Heck, they have an adorbs kiss -w-
Like I said earlier, Kozue also peeves me with her clingly brother complex thats uber annoying, while in the anime, She's a beachy middle schooler who sleeps around and is horrible to Miki just to get his attention.
Anime Miki is uber naive and innocent, thus is always hurt by this, while his Manga self is more 'mature' and isn't afraid to tell his sister anything he thinks she's doing wrong.
