I created the starry sky as a test for another drawing, then I decided to use this backdrop for this new composition.

Originally I wanted to tribute Really Big Sky (a pc/ps3/psvita shooter) but unlike the game the RBS spaceship is boring, so I took the ship from the cassette cover of one of the worse C64 games.

I spent more time on the fake airbrushed metal than anything else.
