This is an old character I made back then, near the time I first joined Colors. The Dog Mongrel is initially, the remains of a normal dog with it's essential body juices and vital organs sucked out of itself and into it's parasitic tail. The tail is a form of mind control created by some unseen inbred vampire kittens who despise dogs.
