I ship this.SO HARD.In so many ways.
I actually have a bunch of scenerios worked out in my head.Including a weird one where Eridan wakes up deaf and blind,and after a while of floundering around,and yeah.
I ship.I don't know why.And I even worked out Human!stuck scenereo.Which I will write out in the comments.Glub.

Your name is Caliborn.You don't like your last name,so you ditch it whenever you can.Eridan Ampora has been your best friend for years,but the way your Mommy talked about him made him seem like a ped0phile.That's okay,because you don't really like your Mom either.If only she was as easy to ditch as you last name.Besides!
You bet that Mr.Ampora wasn't really that much older than yourself.But,his height,smarts,and the fact that he owned an old house on the beach wasn't helping your argument any.

He's always protected you,and more often than not,he was the only one to do so.He makes time for you,he intimidates the neighborhood bullys,and sometimes,he lets you hide out on his beach,a small section of private property.You two have even went exploring together!While it may take place in the cover in a book,or even in a rocky cove,it was far enough for you.And with your dad not being there,and your mother working more and more,these explorations became more and more frequent.
