Struggling, Nari tried to set herself free. "Agh! LET ME GO YOU MONSTER! BEAM!" A monstrous roar was heard. The dragon would swoop down, attacking the man. "GRAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!"

Ghost: *holds up a card and a heavy fog came out of it* Tell me girl... are you a limit breaker

"What?.." Confused, and still trying to break free, she said that. More roars were heard, and Beam was stuck

Ghost: Perhaps I should be taking a more gentlemanly approach. *lets Nari go* Hello my lady my name is Tricket. *takes of his hat and bows* I desire to know if you are a Limit Breaker, a being possesing powers that surpass the norm.

Nari would step back. "Thank you for letting me go. And no, I am not a Limit Breaker. Thats why I have Beam." The roars would not stop. "GRRREEAAAAARRHHH!"

Tricket: Such a shame... *holds up a card annd it sucks up the fog* I applogize for the inconvenice Ms. Nari. I'll be on my merry little way now.

"Wait...How did you know my name?" Beam could now see Nari, and would be right next to her.

Tricket: Oh... I don't think I was suppose to do that... Well I now have no other choice then to erase your mind.

"Erase my mind?!" Quickly jumping onto Beam, the pattern on her pants and straps conn.ected to her back glowed.

Tricket: I wasn't a moment ago but I slipped you name... and you will now be suspsiuo of me and I can't let that be... *a blue aura surrounds him* Just stay still...

"Grrrrrraaaarrhhh....." Beam stood there. He was at his peak of rage where he would not follow Nari's orders. Nari braced herself as the patterns grew brighter..

Ticket: *pulls out a deck and shuffles it the draws 6 cards and threw them into the air. They then started rotating around Nari and Beam.*

Nari would shove her head down. Thats when..the patterns would create fire, burning the cards. "Beam...please..."

Tricket: Come on don't struggle... *throws more cards at them*

The patterns would just keep burning the cards. Nari would poke her head up, amazed. "What the?..."

Tricket: Time for Plan B... *Throws to cards on the ground they turn into card knights* Keep them from still while I set up the ritual.

The fire would then stop. "I guess I am a limit breaker...." Noticing the card knights Nari would jump down. "Grr..."

Tricket: I picked that bit up already... *places one last card in a circle around him* Finished.
*the cards turn into a portal and starts pulling Beam and Nari in* Lets go Nari... we could use you skills...

"Huh?..Wooaaaaahhhhh!" Jumping on Beam, they both got sucked in. "Graaaaarrh!"

*they all come out in a world with grey skies and an expanse of flat white ground miles in the sky*
Tricket: *Floating in mid air* Welcome to the Twilight Nari and Beam, Headquarts of the Ebony Void.

"This is too much for being 15..." Nari would sigh. "What do you want with me?!"

Tricket: Oh we're building up an army...

"An army?! IM ONLY 15!"

Tricket: Your age does present a problem... but it's nothing that can't manuvered around. We could just put in a time field for awhile, you'll age right up...

She would growl. "I am NOT wasting some good years of my life. I didnt even agree to do this!" Beam wouldnt move a bit. The only thing he would do is cover Nari with his wing.

Tricket: I understand but I was informed to bring any candidates to the fortress.
*Nari notices a castle with a town near by it in the distance*

"Whats that?..." Shed take a step closer to it.

Tricket: That is the Orichalc.um Eclipse Castle and Cross Road Town, me and the rest of thw Ebony Void are wanted criminals there.

"Hmm...And what exactly do you need this army for?"

Tricket: We want to take and collect powers to be come an unstoppable force.

"I dont know why...but I feel tired..." Beam would be knocked out. "Beam?..."

Tricket: What's going on?

"I..Dont..Know..."She would then fall.

Tricket: Hmmm... *floats over to them* Need help?

She wouldnt speak. Her eyes would be closed. "....."

Tricket: *sighs* *throws down a Card* Energy boost... *the card burns up into energy and goes into Nari and Beam*

The energy would just return to the card. They were energetic..Something just made them tired..

Tricket: Hmm... What to do... *looks at Cross Road town* *sigh*

"Grrooorrhh.........."

Tricket: I hope you guy's will appreciate this... *picks them up with telekensis* I'm taking you over to Cross Road Town. It's a special place were people from all sort of different world. It also has a special ability to fully support any life living there. I don't know how it does that but it's an amazing place...

Beam would moan. "Grrooooorrhhh...."

Tricket: *Sneeks into Cross Road Town and goes into a Store and talks to some one for a bit the brings Nari and Beam into the back* Thanks friend...
?: You are very welcome your highness.
Tricket: You don't need to call me that anymore, I don't have a kingdom anymore.
?: I do it out of respect your highness.
Tricket: Fine... just keep an eye on them and when they wake up tell them about the Town.
?: Of course, your highness.

Beam would wake up and go straight to Nari. Putting his wing over her, he would look around. "Grrooorhh?..."

*The room they were in had selfs full of shoes and materials to make shoes*
*then a man in an machanical wheel chair comes into the room*
Oldman: Ah your awake... I just came back to get some fabric for a pair of boots.

"Grroooaarhh..."

Oldman: *mechanical arm comes out of his wheel chair and grabs a bolt of fabric* When You partner wakes up please call for me. I need to tell you two things... and I would like to make her a pair of good shoes. *rolls back through the door he came in*

Beam would look over at Nari. "Grroouugghh...."

*a while longer passes quitely besides a couple of times where the Oldman came back to get some materials.*

Nari would start to wake up. "Arghhh.....Huh?...Beam?...

Oldman: *comes into the room* Oh your awake. *puts some materials onto theselves* Your partner kept watch over you while you were sleeping.

"Beam?..." Nari would look up at Beam. He would smile. "Grooorh..."

Oldman: Tricket brought you here to help you after you both passed out. *puts some boots on the self* He asked me to shelter you and answer any questions you may have.

"To think I was trying to be the greatest rider....Now I'm in this mess..." Beam would look at the old man. "Groorh..."

Oldman: I wouldn't give up hope on your goal... *wheels up to Nari and takes some measurements of her feat* I'm sure there is way to return to your world.

"I do hope so..." Beam would fold back his wings. "Groooorrnhh..."

Oldman: I travel to my home world and back almost all the time... *wrights down the measurements* What kind of shoes do you like?

"I like just regular ones..."

Oldman: All right... I'll model the pair after the ones your wearing now. *wheels over to a desk and starts working* What's you name?

"Im Nari. I'm an all legged elf."

Oldman: That's a nice name, but you will have to forgive me if I forget it. My memory has been slipping recently and I have trouble with names and faces. *wheels over with a pair of shoes* But I can still remember all the shoes I made and who wears them. Try these on.

"Alright." She'd take the shoes, and put them on.

Oldman: How do they fit?

"Perfectly..."

Oldman: Like always... *smiles* Well I guess you should go get a room in one of the hotels. Atleast until you figure out how to get home.

"I actually have to stay in this world...since I'm a limit breaker...."

Oldman: If you want. I still suggest that you go pick out a room in them hotel.

"Alright. So where is this hotel?"

Oldman: At the center of town on the Four Corners. Each Hotel kind of acts like a Guild so chose your hotel wisely.

"If they are guilds, what do they teach?"

Oldman: I don't know if the teach any thing but you can take jobs there to keep your self busy.

"Alright. So..is there a way out of here?" Nari would look around.

Oldman: This way Nari. *leads her to the front of the shop*

"Thank you. And thank you for the shoes. Beam?" The dragon would follow her. They would both head outside, seeing everyone staring at the dragon.

*The Stares didn't last long and everyone continues on there way*
*a small human-siezed Grey dragon with one horn flies down*
?: Cool another dragon! I have seen another for quite a while.

"Oh? And who might you be?" Nari would tilt her head to her side, while Beam had a serious face.

?: I'm Zephyrus. *stands up on 2 legs* Is your dragon friend one that speaks english?

"No....Sorry about that." "Grooooarrhh"

Zephyrus: Ah thats alright, just seeing another Dragon makes me feel happier.

"Its nice to meet you. But we must be on our way, we are going to a hotel.

Zephyrus: Ah ok. Would you like to help finding it.

"That would be nice. Thank you." Beam would growl a little.

Zephyrus: This way... *starts walking* *looks over his sholder at Beem* Oh and no need to hostile, I just wish to help.

"Sorry. Beam is over protective for me because I cured him when he was attacked." Beam would just keep walking, as so would Nari.

Zephyrus: *lead them to the center of town* There are Four hotels. Grandine Tower, Sphinxes Oblisik, Treasure's Temple, and Posideon's Castle. You can chose to stay in any one of them.

"Posideon's Castle." Nari would head twords it. Beam would follow slowly.

*they walk inside and there was a water tank behind the desk with a large seahorse like creature inside it*

"Woah..." Nari looked around in amazement.

Zephyrus: *walks up to the desk and talks to the Sea-horse creature* Hi Luaquos. These two need a room.
Luaquos: *talking to Nari* May I see you Key?

"Key? I dont know what you are talking about...."

Zephyrus: Try your pockets.

"I dont have pockets."

Zephyrus: You have a bag?

"Nope. Im an elf. I was raised in a forest."

Zephyrus: I wonder how then Town Handles this...
Luaquos: Why don't get her a bag?
Zephyrus: That could work...

"What are you guys talking about?"

Zephyrus: Some how the town gives everyone a key and a map when the first enter, and useually they appear in the person's pocket, bag, etc.

"Apparently not for me...."

Zephyrus: Do you have any way to carry things?

"Well yea. The log that holds my healing items." She'd take it off her back, showing everything inside.

Zephyrus: There it is... *points at a key Nari didn't reconize*

Taking it out, seeing as it blended in, she said, "Is this the Key you talked about?"

Luaquos: Yes. Just sign your names in the guest book on the desk then you can go up and pick out any empty room you want on floors 1-8.

"Beam will have to sign with his claw marks. You see...Hes not one of the dragons who can write. Is that ok?"

Luaquos: That would be fine, unless he would prefer you to right his name for him. All that maters is that we have a list of all our guests.

"Alright." They would go up to the paper and sign.

Luaquos: Thank you. You may now go pick out you room. I hope you enjoy your stay at Posideon's Castle.

(How do they get to the room? Stairs or Elevator or whatever?)
"Thank you."

Luaquos: There is a room on floor 7 with a balcony, I think that could make a good perch for your Dragon friend.

"Okay. Also thank you for the help. Both of you." They would enter the elevator and head to the seventh floor.

*on the 7th flow and see some doors with names on them and some doors which were blank*

Nari looked for a blank one. She found one and they both entered. "Grooorrhh...." Beam headed twords the Balcony.

*there names appear on the door and the room was filled with everything they found comfortable*

"A low bed...Just what I like." Nari would sit down on the bed. Beam would be laying on the balcony, with a cusion under him.

*they see Zephyrus flying north towards the Castle*

"Hey. Its the dragon." She would smile and lay on the bed."Beam?" "Grorrh?" "Its been five years since we became partners....Do you think we will become the strongest partners?" "Grooarh!" With both giving a smile, they started to fall asleep.

(looks like a perfect place to end the Prologue)
