This nice painting reminds me of a song from 80s called "Ninety Nine Luft Balloons." Or I think that's what she was saying. I don't remember the name of the band unfortunately.

Nena is the german artist that used to sing that song if my memory serves well, there were 2 versions - one was in english and original one in german.
