Countrys.
There are four rige countrys, or " dominions ". They are Vetrix, Korvace, Sephrix, and Vivitox.
Korvace is the most powerful and spiritual of the rige dominions. It has prospered for milenia and has a well laid out semi-democracy. This means that members of the royal family are voted into office, or " onto the throne ", by the citezins of Korvace. The people of Korvace, aswell as the royal family, are known for their nobility, chivalry, morality, and spirituality. The crime rate is almost nonexistant in that dominion and their laws are dictated by their religion. They live in complete freedom and have a great number of libertys. There are very few taxes and all rige are encouraged to learn how to defend themselves and to keep a weapon with them at all times. The royal family tends to leave their citizens alone in a sense that they do not interfeer too much in a normle rige's life with taxes or food laws and so on. Their military is the most powerful there is.
Vivitox is the second most powerful dominion in Rigeen. It is a second world country and their king is a dictator. The citizens of the country have no libertys or rights. No one is allowed to carry a weapon of any kind, learn self defense, speak freely, leave the country, practice their religion, and so on. The royal family makes all the decisions and they control almost every aspect of daily life through taxation, regulations and martial law. Their military is formidible and most of the rige within it were ceased from their parents as new borns, or " lightings ", and trained into being blood-thirsty ki'lling machines. The royal family is one of cut throats and schemers. They are not to be trusted. The citizens of Vivitox are known for theit distrust of others, fear of thier big government, and their obedients.
Sephrix is a first world dominion with too few laws and too few standards. The royal family doesn't care about enforcing the laws or ( to be continued )

protecting their borders or defending the country. They only care about their vacations and their own self interests. This describes most of the rige of this country. No one has the guts to say " this is wrong " or " that is right. " They are all afraid of being accused of descrimination, or they simply have no themselves standards. They, along with the royal family, will let anything fly in the name of tolerance. ANYTHING. As a result their country is slowly starting to crumble. The countrys military is very lax and undisciplind. No one takes any of the world's problems seriously and they have few standards and fewer morals, if any. They also don't give a second thought to religion or economics or self defense. It is a very mainstream, materialistic dominion.
Vetrix is a third world country, though " country " and " third world " don't do it justice. It was a powerful and wealthy dominion, but after over spending, massive debt and too few budget cuts, it collapsed of hyper inflation since the royal family of Vivitox decided to demand repayment. It is now a poverty ridden, disease prone, crime infected, wasteland-like hell hole with barely any sort of government or law enforcement. There is only one surviving member of their royal family and he has done his best to fix the economy and drive down crime rates, but the future looks bleak to say the least. The rige there live in foul wholes in the ground and can barely sustane themselves because of the lack of animal and plant life. This damage to the eco system is because when the dictator of Vivitox couldn't be repayed in full, he decided that he could be repayed with the destruction of the land, which the royal family's military carried out very well. This dominion's military is laughable at best. Their're money is nearly worthless and the crime rate in Vetrix is off the charts. Mur'der is very common in that place. " Its every rige for himself " is the common attitude among the Vetixians. They are mostly pesimists-

and hopeless loners with a bitterness that can make you cringe. They are ashamed and depressed at the sight of what they have become. The rige there will do anything to survive and have almost given up all hope. Almost.

Foriegn Relations.
Vivitoxes royal family apsilutely hates the opposing family of Korvace aswell as all the citizens of that country. The king of Vivitox believes that quote: " they are all snobish, overzelous, sup'erst'ious dogs blinded by their worthless nobility who are foolish enough to believe that they can somehow create a ' better future ' through freedom, acts mercy, and obedience to their god when all of these so-called noble notions aren't worth a dam'n! " The royal family hates what Korvace believes and stands for as their beliefs go against their own. They are also terribly jelouse of the wealth and power Korvace has. The Korvacians have a certain distain for the royal family of Vivitox, but also pitty them for, as the queen says, quote: " they have lost their sence of decency and compassion towards fellow Rige and have been consumed by their lust for power and wealth. What poor fools. " Korvace has tried to open talks with Vivitox to discuss the possibility of more freedoms for that dominion's citizens, but so far there has iether been no reply or the king has told them some very . . . unpleasant things. War may between them may come. " The king and queen of Sephrix don't care much about any of the other dominions and as a result don't have much of an opinion for them, but they have said that they need to " relax, take some time of, and forget about the whole situation for a month or two, then get onto the tiresom buisness of foriegn relations ". The ruler of Vetrix has watched the other dominions and believes that Vivitox is " far too restrictive and is a monument to tyrany, but also to ambishion ," that Sephrix is " far to lax in all the important issues of the day and is an extremely selfish, lazy, and rather courageless country, but they do know how to have a good time ," and thinks that Korvace is " the most powerful, honorable, mercieful, just dominion there is, but they are a bit too uptight at times. The king of Korvace has said many times quote: " The country is a swi'rling mass of cowardly lost souls expecting to fill the emptieness inside themselves with material items and they hide from their problems in drink and partys when they should be looking to better themselves and the country aswell as create a dis'tinc'tion between rite and wrong then live in a sea of grey with not a drop of white or a spec of black. " Korvace pittys Vetrix and has sent relief groups into the country, though most have been waiting quite a while to enter since the citizens still have their pri'de and aren't very keen on letting foe'rie'gners enter. The king of Vivitox chuckles everytime when he hears of the ru'in Vetrix is in. He thinks that they are " week, helpless rige whom couldn't even keep track of their own money! " He sees them as being infe'rior weaklings and is happy to let them ro't. The king hates the Sephrix because lf their " friv'ilou'se at'ti'tude " and their " undiciplined military. " But he does like the buissieness they do with that dominion. Sephrix mainly acquires furs and certain kinds of meats from Vivitox and then trades them steel. They tend to cell jewlery, spi'ces, different silks and perfume to Korvace. Korvace then cells them precious metals and works of art to Sephrix. The only buissieness they have with Vivitox is when selling them building materials or when the buy new species discovered in the recently found islands. In return for the relief missions, the ruler of Vetrix has promised military as'sis'tence if ever war should break out between Korvace and Vivitox.

The king of Vetrix is named Vraketo ( vrak-et-t-O ) after his grand father. His full name is Vraketo Zaxite ( zax-Ite ) Lox ( l-aw-x ). The dictator of Vivitox is was origionaly named Krex, but after being ordained king took the name Zivok ( z-i-v-aw-k ). His full name is now Zivok Vekrin ( v-e-kr-in ) Vakt ( v-a-kt ). He has four children, though he disowned the fourth. His sons are Zex ( z-e-x ), the eldest: Vakro ( v-a-kr-O ). His first daughter ( by an hour ) is Zixom ( The z is pernounced the way g is in gem. ) ( z-ix-om ). The youngest, whom was disowned, is Vixom ( v-ix-om ). The queen, now deceased, was called Laveer ( la-v-ear ) Taviet ( t-aw-v-eat ) Necko ( n-eh-ko )/ Vact. Their full names are Zex Raynox ( r-A-nox ) Vact, Vakro Throke ( th-r-O-k ) Vact, Zixom Nazetier ( N-a-z-eh-tear ) Vact, and Vixom X ( ex ) Vact.

You...DO realize that if I ever DID draw vent art, it would most likely be blOOd, vio'lence, and most likely a mature painting, right...? and the design for the character is very unique...I like it. Nice job on this!

Fuse.
Tribes, or " fuses ", are tightly-knit groups of Rige living near oneanother, protecting eachother, and working together to form a prosperous community. They igsist in all the rige dominions except for Vivitox. Each fuse has its own specific name, like the Vraxcill fuse of the Encore Pools or the Valkarhi fuse in the Rivetting Mounts When a rige is initiated into a tribe, according to that fuses traditions, they are considered to be a productive member of that tribe and will contribute to that fuse depending on their Way. Some, atleast for those whom live in the smaller fuses, will gather and hunt food while others will be warriors for the local law enforcement, some will become healers that will specificalt heal members of the tribe and so on. A rige's initiation into a fuse is a time of celebration. Each initiation, or " flaming " is followed by a welcoming party thrown by the fuse. Almost every member of that fuse attends the celebration, including the Shimmerguide. Most fuses will gather once a week to discuss the needs of the respective fuses members or so'cia'lize. The leader, or " Shimmerguide " of a fuse is always one of lesser noble blood. A Shimmerguide makes all of the big local desisions like deciding weather the fuse should move to another area after a flood or deciding to approve the troop leaders decision on how many local warriors are patroling a pacidic part of the land belonging to that fuse. The largest fuses were the bases of all the majore rige citys such as Vakcehall and Frixesen. The tribes all answer to the king and queen that rule the dominion. That is what binds all of these fuses together in a friendly relationship.

Souce Out.
A " Source " is the special power that a rige possess. A rige's Source can be any kind of power. The ability to read thoughts, shapeshifting, power of fire, the ability to speak with animals, the power to manipulate light, et cetera. A Source can also be very specific, like if a rige has the ability to move stones. It may be that the rige can only move stones with a particulare combination of minerals? Perhaps the stones have to be of a certain era or be idzactly four inches thick? It is common for Sources to reaccure in bloodlines, but it is also common for a specific Source to turn up in totally unrelated rige. It is very rare for a singal rige to have a totally new and special Source that only he or she possessess. In most dominions rige are encouraged to practice using their Source except for Vivitox where any rige seen using their Source beyond the regulations is executed on the spot. A rige's Source is very important as it will determine the course of their life.

Color Me Coat.
A rige's fur hue can be any color or colors. Vio'let, a combonation of sea green and gray blue, white, black combined with gray and silver, a light pink, et cetera. All color combinations are possible, though it is typical for a rige to be colored only in the specific shades of a primary hue, like if their prime coat color is purple they will probably have other shades of purple coloring their fur and spark stripes.
Spark Stripes.
Spark stripes are the markings that rige are origionaly born with. They are far more natural looking then Pulse Stripes and only glow under black light. Some rige are born with no stripes at all, but then their Spark Stripes slowly start to appear as they grow into a toddler. Other rige have their Spark Stripes from the day they are born. Spark Stripes can be of any color, size, leangth, or anywhere on the body. It is very common to find rige with Spark Stripes around the eyes. All rige have these stripes. It is rare for a rige to have any other kind of markings. ( There is more info coming up soon so keep checking back here. )

To own a rige you must not give it away ( I'll take the rige back when and if you don't want it anymore ), don't show it in explicit scenes ( vio'lence is allowed ), don't change the design if I am the one that made it for you, you haveto take into account all of the info that I have written down on rige, don't upload a picture of a rige to dA or any art site or even mention the name " Rige " on ANY websites, especialy dA, and do not make your rige homse'xual or bise'xual ( Rige do not have these genetic problems ). If you vio'late ANY of these rules then I'll deem you unfit to be owner of the rige and I will take it from you. Permenately.

Rige very dra'sti'caly in height. They can be anywhere from three feet to seven feet high.
In certain dominions certain Rige hights are do'mi'nant over other hights. For example, most Rige in Vivitox are between the four to five feet range. Rige around three feet and higher then five are rare. Here is a list of Rige hights in different dominions:
Vivitox: Four/five.
Korvace: Six/seven.
Vetrix:Three/six.
Sephrix:Three/four.
