Its alot easier than you think, youve probly seen it all your life.

First, put your hand on a white wall.(Try not to have a shadow interfeerinh)

Second put your hand aginst wall.

Third stare at your hand.(Middlefinger kunkle works for me)

Forth, stare fore 30 sec.

Fifth, remove your hand or just move fingers, an outline glow shold be there but don't move your eyes.

When I remove my hand I usely see the glow remain for 5-10 sec.
