Very nice drawing! Its easy to tell its raining because of the white added for the droplets and the cloudy sky. Great angleon articuno, it shows the background and only half of the face which creates a lot of drama! The only thing I would add is a little more detail on the wing, other than that, this is an amazing drawing! ^^
