Well, on the layer options (after you've done all the things with the eraser) drag the layer you are currently on down and to the left. This should copy it. Then cooy that layer by dragging it down and to the right. Continue to do this until you get a result like this. If you still don't understand, it'll be in the help section on the startup screen.
