i know, it is scary. I know exactly how you feel. can you try to calm down maybe? like, try squeezing something, like a small stress ball or a can? im not sure. thats what helps me.

Don't do it. I know how you feel. Despised. Rejected. I started cutting a few days ago because I don't feel any one will ever love me, not even family. So please stick with it for me.
