I think C. But most lone wolves also try to find a pack they could join , because in a pack the chances of survival are the biggest.

B] A lone wolf will only last about a year at the most without a pack structure. If it's searching for a pack it must choose the right one or the pack it choose will kil.l it them selves

I know this isnt on of the 3 answers to choose from but this is what happens ->they find another wolf and create there own pack.Am I correct?

B] wolves are usally alone when they have gotten so sick or hurt that the pack can't care for them and they are no use to the pack so they will die soon.

well im gona say [D] i think that a lone wolf has either gotten kicked out of its original pack(probs an omega), and then has to find a new pack or fend for itself, or is a young adult and chooses to leave to start its own pack with another.

B. and D. Usually, an aplhas litter, once at smexual maturity, leave the pack to find a mate, but they have to find one quickly or else they might die.
