Yup that's Ninji-chan [Nel-sama] and a human version of Sprinkles-chan [OdO-sama].
Zade somehow found a way to turn the beast OdO into a human, and he was infuriated to learn that he was now mortal.
In a fit of rage, he ends up hurting Nel and knocks her out.
Without another word, he takes Nel and disappears.
It's fanon, and very rushed and sloppy, I'm sorry.
