I don't why but it feels strange to draw loosely clad women. I am looking for an answer.

Yeah... I know how you feel. I think it depends on your intention. So are guys just not supposed to draw women? Because I see a lot of people who do, and it looks fine. I think as long as you handle yourself in a mature fashion, you'll be allright. Yet I find it quite akward to post, and haven't been able to post drawings (fully clothed) of males, nor females, so no people, unless it's fanart. Curse the complex nature of human emotion! Arrrgh!
