yeah so this is Fadan's twin bro he's alot more careful

he specializes in projectiles the only ways he use's magic is through his weapons like ingulfing the projectile in fire wind ect. and shrieking "his" weapons it doesn't work on much else but he is skilled at pick pocketing the symbol on his sleaves don't have any importance
