hmmm same w/my bros 3ds we did wut Mina sed but that didnt help cuz he got it stuck then i just keep tapping it XD that worked tho

try somthing else like: asking someone at gamestop or a store w/3ds. cuz mine stoped once but i also dropped my 3ds so that fixed it but dont do that! o.o that'd be bad
