Now you know why my animations take forever! :P You said this was your first animation? Wow! You have a lot of it down already, but here's one tip: You can swap the mouth moving layers while writing the next speach bubble at the same time by writing a letter, swapping for the mouth open, write the next letter, swap for the mouth closed, etc, until your words are done. It won't take as long that way, but it requires more concentration. Either way, excellent job!
