It's really good! There is a lot of skill here! However, I would A: Change the mouth, as Pikachu's are not physically capable of making that face B: Alter the color so that the back stripes are the same color as the tail base and C: Use threeD to separate Pikachu from the background and make the heart box more obvious. Keep these three tips in mind and it will be nearly perfect! There, now it sounds nicer.

One other thing, you spelled Pikachu wrong. It's p-i-K-a-c-h-u. Whatever I -might- lack in skill I make up for in knowledge and the ability to rally viewers. Some posts suggesting people look at my gallery and a few "free likes" deals, and my top pic is at twenty-seven likes!
