@bebe ye this is a dw thing, the show is hard to follow if you dont start from the beginning but if you do and dont get something theres a 99 percent chance someone has explained it :] its rly good tho omg
I started with the 2005 reboot with Doctor Nine and now I'm going back and watching the classic stuff. Just a Warning: Watching a single full episode may cause an addiction (It happened to me...) but you can understand the entire series if you know Three things. One) The Doctor is a single person (er... alien) that can change bodies and live if he ever gets ki.lled who enjoys saving planets, space ships, and species from whatever is trying to destroy them. He has a soft spot for humans and usually has one as a companion for his journies. Two) He can travel across all of time and space (with a few exceptions, but... spoliers) in his Police Box (Tardis) that he "borrowed" a long, long time ago. The Tardis doesn't usually go where he wants it to go, but it always takes him to where (and when) he needs to be. Usually. Three) (In the new stuff) He is the last of his kind (the Time Lords) because he locked the rest of the Time Lords in a time lock to stop the Time War to save the whole of time and space, so he's a bit emotionally broken. The show's really fantastic. I believe everyone should watch at least one (try the first! it's a good place to start) episode, because honestly that's all you need to get captured by it...
Oh wow... that was a lot longer than I wanted it to be... Oops. Sorry I exploded your comments... - An over excited Whovian. (PS, this painting is beautiful!)
