This is my dragon for #SilverNovaContest . Her powers are creating stars and flying. Each ring represents one of 6 colors stars can be, red being the coolest and blue the hottest. She is one of many star-creating dragons and is in charge of our galaxy. She has many names depending on where and who you ask but the most common is The Creator. Thank you SilverNova for the help on the hands it worked fantasticaly. This is also the final of my WIP.
