This was my first contest I enteres and congrats to the winners! I learned a lot by studying other people entries. DEFINETALY gonna enter your next contest and try twice as hard :)

Oh, and I heard that your next elemental character collab will be focused on wind characters, so I recommend adding John Egbert from Homestuck if you haven't already; lots of people would love it :oD

Erm, I do notice something, though. When I entered, I didn't think my STYLE would be carried over with my design. While it's true that I intended for Procella's hair to look rather messy, those V's on her head look really out of place here. Not to mention the breaks in her hair looking exactly like in my entry...
Don't get me wrong, I think you draw great. It's just that most artists adapt other characters to their own styles. I'm just surprised you did the opposite lol.

It is kinda tricky sometimes to know when certain details are a design choice or part of a style. Whenever I recreate a character in my style (which I'd say is more strongly defined by shading teqniques), I'll often try to capture some of the original artist's style and mix it with my own. :)
