(Yeah, I'm a Wreck-it-Ralph fan). Anyways, this is my Turbo-time o.c Finale. Whenever she races and she is in last place, she'll jump out of her car and use her jetpack/her fireworks to propel herself ahead of her opponents. She is neutral.
