Trypophobia: The fear of round clusters of holes, especially if they are filled up. It sounds strange until you look at a lotus pod, which triggers this phobia in people who have it. Clusters of holes look so trippy! :O
Also the fear of dining with people might actually be due to misophonia, which is a mental/physiological disorder where certain sounds annoy/upset you to the point that you become depressed, aggressive, or fearful. The sounds of people eating are a common misophonia trigger...
And yes it is phoNia instead of phoBia because misophonia means "hatred of sound". Also not being able to handle noise due to misophonia is different from not being able to handle noise due to autism(with misophonia, certain noises are annoying to an extreme level, with autism, loud noises are too loud. Autistic noise intolerance is easier for me to deal with than misophonic noise intolerance since the loud noises aren't always annoying and they won't bother me if I have earplugs because they will be quieter, but misophonia triggering noises will still bother me because it is the actual sound itself that bothers me, and not just the volume of it)
