well this is going to sound quite long and a little random but basically:
I recently re-watched the silver surfer movie and thought the metallic effect was really cool so that's part 1 of the inspiration. Part 2 is when I was younger I had a silver skinned dragon OC creatively called Silver (haha sarcasm).
