well street pass you go in to settings on swapnote and press the street pass and for spot pass you still go in to settings on swapnote and press spot pass and it will bring you to system settings and it ask for your birthday if your under the age then it won't let you do it so put for the year like 1990 if your under the age and it will ask you for your email and i'm not sure what other things it say sorry if this comment is so long

click on spot pass and then it should tell you what you have to put in your birthday but if your under the age put some thing like this 1990 and your email and i'm not sure what else it tell you to put in but you have to put your info what ever it tells you to put if you want spot pass
