All you need to do is bring the the snout out and widen it and thin out the base of the ear but leave the rest

Hmmm...
The torso and legs are pretty good but the head needs work. A whole herd of deer graze in the field behind my house so I see them a lot and they're pretty animals, especially in snow but if you can't observe real life deer I'd suggest watching Bambi (love that movie) to get the basic shape then look up some pics of deer but you're off to a good start.
