This is Janettic. An unofficial Crazyy Adventure character. A clone of Janett who kidnapped RE in order to coax Janett and confront her. She has an origin story involving her accidently killing her childhood friend, Maria, when she destroyed the lab she was cloned in. This lead her question her exsistence and right to live among human beings. She reacted by creating an army of clones in a genome project. There she created a giant mecha with nuclear weapons. #janett #comic #crazyadventure

So, basically, her origin story is a rip-off of Mewtwo, Shadow and Liquid Snake. Ironic as she's an OC thats neither original in concept or anything...
Also, her name is pun...Janettic/Genetic? you know cos shes a clone!
