an enemy species to wraiths (kings species) the yellow on them is a special kind of toxin that if hit with and with out an antidote will drain all your energy in 1 hour, including your life energy. unlike wraiths they can rearange their genetic code and morph into anything sometimes they can also change wraiths into other creatures too by putting the genetic disruptor in an small dart. they're prey is wraiths. fear inforcers are about 5 feet tall
