He is not a Warrior cats fan character, he's a main character in a comic thing I'm planning.
He was originally going to have wings in the picture, but as I was working on this I decided against it.

The stuff in the background isn't water though. I had planned to put fire in the background at first, but I can't quite draw fire, so I just drew a bunch of blue swirl things instead.

(Looks awesome! I think the legs look fine.) Thanks for the follow:) you like drawing birds, thats cool! me too. I mostly paint creepy stuff but once in awile. I draw chickens lol:D I look forward to seeing more artwork from you, your really tallented:)
