This is Ryu and Sasuke Kisaragi from "Future's Past".
Sasuke's the protective older brother. Tormented by their past, he's devoted himself only to protecting Ryu.
Ryu's the younger sister. Tormented by her own afflictions, she keeps them hidden, for fear of being taken from Sasuke.
