Quick strokes with the thinist blur brush makes okay rain if you do it right. And this is kind of sad, except, it's her own fault. Good painting non-the-less.

Wow, amazing expression and emotion! The shading is really well done, I love how it looks like the My Little Pony style, and at thensame time your very own style! Wonderful anatomy, I like how every rain drop even has it's own bit of shading and detail. Ahh there is SO much more I want to say but I don't want to waste your time haha, ooh the way you did the gem is so pretty!! Ah, sorry. >.< I can't help you draw rain sorry, but awesome job overall!
