Why must so many people suffer?
There is so much pain in Colors, and I didn't want to add to it...
I'm sorry...
Stating now- My life is great, I'm very happy most the time, just always anxious and in a little pain, and it gets worse when I begin drawing or try to be social.
If you can be that one person that successfully gives me sufficient reason to let go of the tension in my heart then please, tell me how.
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

If you are to help me, know this:
My subconscience is thoroughly convinced that I MUST be stressed. Otherwise, I'll get lazy and unproductive. Have fun arguing.
Oh, also, I have to be perfect. No exceptions. Everything I must do to my specifications, which are often unreasonably high. I'm well aware that perfection is unattainable, but I have to try.
I also fear failure more than death, public speaking, or really anything else.

hey Frost, Shayleaf here. being stressed all day is not good for your health and you should know that. you're always telling everyone to relax and be happy, but seeing this now makes me sad that you're telling everyone something you can't do. how can i relax knowing that my favorite artist is having a bad time. there is no shame in being lazy, just don't overdo it. plus there are other ways of being productive without having to be stressed. if you want to talk some more meet me in your hot spring now.

Whoa! That problem a little difficult to solve, but I'll try my best.
Stress is not necessarily bad. You just need to know how to handle it. If you're suffering from much stress, you're trying to handle more than you can. Being lazy is not bad either. Unless, you're too lazy to even try tp feed yourself. Nothing in excess is good.
If you find difficult to be social. Don't worry. I have the same problem too... I can't get along with my classmates because I find difficult to talk in front of people. I'm a really shy person; but when I'm communicating by writing, I can express myself. Don't try too hard. Try to get used to talking with only one or two persons at a time. I only have one friend at school that I can be myself with.
Regarding being "perfect", you're right. It IS impossible, but you don't have to feel bad about it since everyone is not perfect. I'm not saying you should be a conformist, but depression won't solve anything.
And lastly, don't worry about posting your feelings on Colors! as long as you'll not be like that forever.
Hope I helped. If there's anything I can help you with, let me know.

*forces into a tail hug*
its okay, i dont really know how to help, cuz im a naturally realaxed person, but i cant handle stress well, i either make some joke, or run away, and when it comes to talking in public or socializing, i compleatly freaze up, and the worst with socializing, is i cant remember names, i have an amazing memory for dreams, but when it comes to people . . ., people have said, the most important thing to be sucsescull, is to know peoples names, and every time i hear that, i cry, cuz i know i cant remember names, i had a friend in my art class, i was there for a whole school year, i still dont know her name, . . . what am i doing? i thought i was posta be cheering you up, not bringing myself down, but, to be relaxed is not to be lazy, im almost always relaxed, and i get a bird load done, but, what i do when i'm stressed is: theres always a joke in every situation, you just have to find it
i hope i have helped you in some way, either here, or in some other post, but I <3 U

So... Relaxing is okay?
Weird...
As hard as relaxing is, I'll try, and I'll measure my productivity. Results will be void if I cannot relax (because I think I forgot how).

I believe the multi-purpose quote fits here quite well:
"Ordeals are reservered only for those able to pass."
I believe this means that if you are presented with a challenge, you _will_ overcome it. No exceptions. There is _always_ a way. No matter how long it takes to find the solution, you will find it eventually.
Well, I have nothing else to say.

It'll stop soon. I always used to get really upset when I'd make any kind of mistake. I would be on a low sometimes for a day, sometimes for a week. It gets better though. It has to stop, even if it seems like an eternity.
It Will Stop. Always remember that.

Have you talked to anyone in your family about this? Your dad, your mom? Maybe a pastor? I am sorry you are going thru this, and I'm not sure what I can say that will help.
