Buggy was finally revealing his Multi-Dimensional Portal Creator to the citizens of Electric City. What he didn't count on was the portal revealing a horrific monster. While Buggy managed to shut down the MDPC, a strange black egg was left behind. Buggy felt that he had to study this creature further, so he took the egg while nobody was looking.
