my naruto oc. #shizuka was an Uchiha, but was exiled at a young age(before Itachi eliminated them all). She has a familiar #kabara like Kiba and a very unique jutsu. She uses psychic abilities i.e. levetation, telekenisis, forcefields,and aura blasts. These odd abilities are the reason for her exile.
